Services

CapitalKey Real Estate & Consulting LLC provides real estate market and property analysis reports to business clients. Scope, fee and delivery date are set in a signed engagement letter.

Fees and payment

Fees are fixed per engagement and payable by bank transfer within the period stated on the invoice, from an account in the client's name.

Nature of reports

Reports are informational. Clients make their own decisions and remain responsible for them. Reports are not investment, legal or tax advice.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the fee paid for the engagement concerned, to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
